 Summer Bucket List

  1. finish our taxes
  2. replace the nozzle on our kitchen sink
  3. replace our washing machine
  4. replace our vacuum
  5. replace my laptop

Oh wait, that’s my to do list, not my summer bucket list.

Are you ready for an awesome line up of summer fun?

Before I share my list of posts for the week, let me remind you to please check the other blogs listed on the Summer Bucket List series page. There are some wonderful bloggers joining in with this series and you won’t want to miss what they have to say.

Staying Home This Summer?

Our family is hanging out at home this summer, so I did some brainstorming and gathered a collection of ideas and links to things that we could do at home. I tried to think of things that would be inexpensive, interesting, and different from our usual experiences. Oh yeah, and I wanted us to have fun.

Our Line Up This Week

Each day this week, we will take a different topic and cover a variety of ideas. Each post will be loaded with resources to get your creative juices flowing. Get ready to have some fun.

Day 1 – Summer Art Fun

All of our kids love art, so we are going to try our hand at some fun new art projects that I can’t wait to share with you.

Day 2 – Summer Game Day

It’s time to bring out the board games and when we tire of that, we will create our own game.

Day 3 – Rainy Day Recipes For Fun

Sticky, slimy, gooey, and MESSY. I am really looking forward to this day.

Day 4 – Summer Science Fun

It’s time to take to the great outdoors and try out some fun science experiments.

Day 5 – Summer Baking Day

We had planned on cooking chocolate chip cookies, but we have lost a 2kg bag of chocolate chips, so now it is time for plan B.

Bonus Post – The Ultimate Summer Bucket List
