TLS Books has an excellent collection of worksheets. Scroll down to find the Language Arts section. I would also highly recommend visiting other ares of this site if you have children in other grades.

This web page has large collection of really amazing printables. If you click on the link Phonics, it will take you to a page with some fun printables. If you look at the left hand side of this page (the phonics one) you will see more choices: Consonant Sounds, Vowel Sounds, Blends/Digraphs, Rhymes, and Word Study. Each of these pages also has some wonderful printables for use when your child is learning to read.
This website has a large collection of activity sheets that will help your students practice identifying words that rhyme. Activities include matching pictures whose words rhyme, connecting rhyming words from two lists, adding letters to create words that rhyme with a given prompt, writing words from a given picture prompt, and more.
