This recipe is egg free and dairy free.
Use this Baking Powder Biscuit recipe.
- 1 batch of dough (see above)
- 1 cup pasta sauce (use your favorite)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup or one bunch of green onions (chopped)
- 2 cups sliced pepperoni
For The Pan (9×13 glass rectangle cake pan)
Turn oven on to 350. Mix dough following the directions on the Baking Powder Biscuit recipe. Put a small amount of oil on the pan and smear it around with your fingers. Put a small amount of cornmeal on the pan. Press the dough into the pan and press it down. Pour the sauce onto the dough and spread it around evenly. Put all the vegetables on next and spread them around as evenly as possible. Layer the top with pepperoni slices. Place in the oven to cook for 30-45 minutes.
My family loved this recipe. It pleasantly fed 4 adults and 5 kids.
