This is a picture of the headband that I just crocheted for Hosanna. She is sitting on the twin size blanket that I crocheted for her last Christmas.
Daddy took the 4 younger kids on a walk to the park. It was a cold day, but not too cold. The kids ran races across the field, climbed on rocks, played on the playground, and explored until they were exhausted. It was a fun day for all.
It has been snowing since we got up this morning and now the snow is sticking. It is so pretty.
Hosanna ran around the house singing, “It’s Christmas, it’s Christmas,” which led to a discussion about the difference between Christmas and winter.
This afternoon a few of my kids ran outside without coats, threw a few mini snowballs, and quickly realized they were cold. Then came the complaints that there was not enough snow to do anything with. And poof, before you know it, all the snow is gone.
(PS - These were the only pictures that didn’t have cousins in them. I will make sure we get more pictures if and when it snows here again.)
