Simple Woman’s Daybook

The Simple Woman’s Daybook

FOR TODAY: Tuesday, June 8, 2010

Outside my window… is a newly planted vegetable garden. Almost everything is all planted.

I am thinking… my nana. She is getting another blood transfusion today.

I am thankful for… all of the amazing ladies that I have met through the blogging world. Three of my best blogging friends are Dawn, Sara, and Alicia, check out there blogs.

From the learning rooms… we are still cleaning and purging and organizing. I am also anxiously awaiting the arrival of the new curricula order.

From the kitchen… I am smelling cinnamon from homemade cinnamon toast.

I am creating… a fun new blog design.

I am going… to be posting the A Trip Across Canada Study later today.

I am reading… a book that I am having trouble finishing.

I am hoping… to get some loose ends tied up this month before I start reviewing for The Old Schoolhouse Review Crew.

I am hearing… The Letter Factory (that the twins are watching) and the thumping of big boys playing upstairs.

Around the house… we are spring cleaning.

One of my favorite things… is watching the kids run through the water in the summer. It was finally warm enough yesterday.

A few plans for the rest of the week include… finishing up our school year.

Here is picture for thought I am sharing…
